Full MEP design for new 500,000 SF Entertainment District located in Torrance, CA. Project consisted of 24 retail and entertainment shell structures. The area is part of the larger 238-acre development, which includes Sofi Stadium, home of the LA Rams, LA Chargers, and host of the 2028 Olympic opening and closing ceremonies.
