“K” Residence Hall & Packing House Adaptive Reuse

Adaptive reuse of a 100-year-old packing house for Chapman University in Old Towne Orange. At one time it was the world’s largest exclusive shipper of oranges. Packing house was converted to a shell building which when fully developed will house food services, a museum, and classrooms/studios.

Linwood provided:

  • New 12kV electrical service
  • All MEP and fire protection engineering designs for buildings
