New 56,628 sq ft housing complex at the site of the historic 100-year-old Villa Park Orchards citrus packing house. Scopes included the design of ground-up 402-bed student residence. Linwood provided a new 12kV electrical service and all MEP and fire protection engineering designs for buildings.
