Linwood has completed over 500 Irvine Company Retail Division projects since 2004, the largest being Block 800 Redevelopment, which included MEP design of 138,000 SF of retail, dining, and exterior spaces. Included multiple pad buildings and parking garages. Other notable projects are freeway digital pylon signage, “The Clock”, and the Giant Wheel Lighting Renovation.
