ANAHEIM PACKING HOUSE

Demolition and major renovation to the 42,000 sqft. Anaheim Citrus Packing House.

Built in 1911, and listed on the national historic register, the building was repurposed as a gourmet food hall. Design focused on the preservation of historic structures while making adaptive reuse improvements, including a complete electrical system upgrade. Linwood staff provided all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering design services.
