HOLLYWOOD PARK RETAIL DISTRICT Full MEP design for new 500,000 SF Entertainment District located in Torrance, CA. Project consisted of 24 retail and entertainment shell structures. The area is part of the larger 238-acre development, which includes Sofi Stadium, home of the LA Rams, LA Chargers, and host of the 2028 Olympic opening and closing ceremonies. IRVINE SPECTRUM CENTER Linwood has completed over 500 Irvine Company Retail Division projects since 2004, the largest being Block 800 Redevelopment, which included MEP design of 138,000 SF of retail, dining, and exterior spaces. ANAHEIM PACKING HOUSE Renovation of a 42,000 SF former citrus packing house, built in 1911 and listed on the National Historic Register. Repurposed as a gourmet food hall, the design prioritized preserving historic elements while integrating adaptive reuse improvements, including a complete electrical system overhaul.
