IRVINE SPECTRUM CENTER Provided design services on more than 100 projects. The largest was Block 800 Redevelopment. Linwood Engineering provided MEP design services for the redevelopment of 138,000 square feet of retail, dining, and exterior spaces. Scope included multiple new pad buildings and parking garages. Other notable projects are freeway digital pylon signage, “The Clock”, and the Giant Wheel Lighting Renovation.
