MEP design for new two-story, 50,530 SF Skilled Nursing Facility located in La Mesa, CA. Project included 54 patient rooms with 105 beds, multiple dining areas, occupational / physical / speech therapy areas, and outdoor courtyard. Project was designed to meet all State code requirements for category HCAi 2.
