ROSEWOOD RESIDENCES BEVERLY HILLS The Linwood Team completed the electrical design for new four-story, 89,000 SF mixed-use development consisting of 17 ultra-luxury residences, residential amenity spaces, spa, and on-grade / subterranean parking, including shell designs for retail spaces with electrical power and metering. HOLLYWOOD PARK RETAIL DISTRICT Full MEP design for new 500,000 SF Entertainment District located in Torrance, CA. Project consisted of 24 retail and entertainment shell structures. The area is part of the larger 238-acre development, which includes Sofi Stadium, home of the LA Rams, LA Chargers, and host of the 2028 Olympic opening and closing ceremonies. IRVINE SPECTRUM CENTER Linwood has completed over 500 Irvine Company Retail Division projects since 2004, the largest being Block 800 Redevelopment, which included MEP design of 138,000 SF of retail, dining, and exterior spaces.
