MEP design for new one-story, 59,733 SF Skilled Nursing Facility in Elk Grove, CA. Project included 60 single-bed patient rooms, full kitchen and laundry, therapy areas, and dining areas, and parking. Project was designed to meet all State code requirements for category HCAi 2.
