MEP design for new two-story, 55,424 SF Skilled Nursing Facility located in La Mesa, CA. Project included 62 patient rooms with 120 beds, full kitchen and laundry, therapy areas, and dining areas, and parking. Project was designed to meet all State code requirements for category HCAi 2 and was a design-assist project.
